How do I place an order?

Click on the request a quote page link and fill out the form. We’ll get back to you shortly with an invoice stating the total price of the goods and the shipping, as well as the wire transfer information. Notify us as soon as you make payment, and once we confirm that payment has been made your order will ship right out and we’ll email you with the tracking #.

Why aren’t there hundreds of different products available?

We focus on only offering products that are perfectly suited for our customers to be successful with. Offering hundreds of products would water down the genuine opportunities that our tried and true products offer. There are only so many products that are always in demand and have great margins.

Do you have products that aren’t listed on the site?

As we are located in Asia, we do indeed have access to just about anything you might be interested in. If you don’t see an item on the site that you are interested in, please ask us about it on our request a quote. Chances are we’ll be able to ship you your desired items at a price you’ll be happy with.

Many wholesale websites charge a membership fee; why don’t you?

We don’t charge a membership fee because we’re a legitimate wholesaler. And in our opinion if a company charges you money just to see their prices and selection, they’re not a legitimate wholesaler. We have mutually beneficial relationships with our clients. We consider it a privilege to supply our clients, so why in the world would we charge any extra fees?

What type of clients do you have?

We sell to stores, chains, wholesalers, online auction retailers, and flea market venders. Small business in the U.S. is alive and kicking, at least for our clients.

What method of payments do you accept?

We happily accept wire transfer, check by mail, western union, money gram, and PayPal. We only accept PayPal for existing customers.

Where are you located?

Our company is a Delaware Corporation, but our factories are located in Thailand and China.

How long does shipping take?

Packages normally arrive within 10-14 business days through the Post Office. This is for the most affordable method of shipping. We highly recommend making orders well in advance of when you need the merchandise so you can consistently save on shipping. There is a large difference in price from 14 day shipping to express shipping. We provide our clients with a tracking # as soon as it is made available to us.

How much is shipping?

We don’t make money on shipping as most wholesalers do. Of course the actual price of shipping on each order will depend on the size and weight of the items. When you request a quote, we will email you with an invoice which will include the total price of the goods and for shipping. You are also responsible for any customs fees your country may charge you .

What about Returns?

We gladly take back any defective merchandise and issue a full refund. These instances are rare though because we specifically stay away from products that have high #’s of returns and defective merchandise, such as electronics. This ensures that the # of returns our customers have from their customers will be low which leads to a very low amount of returns that we have to process.

Do you consider giving discounts for quantities well above your minimum order thresholds?

Yes we do. Some of the product have special discount prices listed at higher quantities already, but we consider giving incremental discounts on all products.

Do you sell any knock offs?

We absolutely do not; we offer only legitimate products. We stress the importance of long term success and only legitimate products can get you there.

Will you be adding products?

Yes, we consider any products that have staying power and high margin capabilities.
